Allye has successfully installed another MAX Battery Energy Storage System at Roadchef Killington Lake motorway services, solving critical grid constraints.
Key highlights:
🔋 Installation of a 300kWh / 176kW Allye MAX
⚡ Provides peak shaving and auxiliary power during high demand periods
☁ Intelligent software monitors load across the site, preventing breaches
💰 Additional savings through energy arbitrage
The installation has been working for well over a month now having been completed ahead of the busy August Bank Holiday weekend. In just over 1.5 months it's saved Roadchef money and eliminated significant operating interruption through loss of power on site!
Well done to the Allye team, particularly Alistair McNeil, Jacob Hopkins for your efforts in making this happen!
As commercial and industrial businesses need more power, for new equipment or the deployment of EV charging infrastructure, the Allye MAX offers a cost-effective alternative to expensive and time-consuming grid upgrades.
